We maintain detailed records of all transactions related to your investment, so you don’t have to worry about tracking every detail. These records, along with any reports you may need, are available 24/7 in your owner portal for your convenience.

Each January, we issue 1099 forms summarizing the gross income we received on your behalf during the previous calendar year. This includes all rent payments collected from tenants but does not deduct any expenses, such as management fees, repairs, or maintenance costs.

The information on your W-9 form, completed when you signed the management agreement, will be used to ensure accurate reporting for your tax documentation.
