Landlord Insurance

• Owners are required to maintain a landlord insurance policy on the property.

• Priority Property Group must be listed as an additional insured (not simply an additional interest).

• Proof of this policy must be provided within 30 days of signing the management agreement.

• If no proof of adding us to the policy is received within the 30-day timeframe, the property will automatically be enrolled in our Master Policy for $20/month.

Optional ProtectionPlus Bundle

Owners seeking enhanced protection can enroll in our ProtectionPlus bundle through SureVestor. This comprehensive plan includes:

• Guaranteed coverage for loss of rent

• Coverage for eviction costs

• Protection against malicious damages caused by tenants

Tenant Liability Insurance

• All tenants are required to have liability insurance before moving in.

• If they do not provide proof of coverage, they will be automatically enrolled in our tenant liability insurance plan and billed monthly.

These measures ensure both owners and tenants are adequately protected while reducing risk and safeguarding your property investment.
