Management Transfer
If you have decided to transition from another property management company to Priority Property Group, we are here to ensure the process goes smoothly. To help facilitate this transition, please follow these steps:
Notify Your Current Property Management Company:
If you haven’t already done so, provide written notice to your current property manager informing them of your decision to terminate the agreement and that Priority Property Group will be taking over management. Be sure to carefully review your current management agreement and understand their cancellation policy to avoid any misunderstandings.
Provide Us with the Current Property Management Company’s Contact Information:
Share the contact details of your existing property management company so we can reach out and gather any necessary information regarding the transition.
Transitioning Your Property and Tenants:
We will get in touch with the current property manager to collect the essential documents and information needed to make the transition seamless. This includes, but is not limited to, lease agreements, tenant details and contact information, keys and access devices, financial reports, and any other relevant data.
Communicating with Tenants:
We will reach out to your tenants directly to introduce ourselves, provide them with our contact information, and inform them about the new process for submitting rent payments and any other important changes moving forward.
